My Story

In May 2010, a day before my birthday, I was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer. Although we all face adversity in life, it is how we respond that defines us. It has always been my passion to create and bake sweet indulgences for family and friends. With the help of my husband, I decided after months of exhausting treatments, to use my love for baking as a way to contribute to the fight against this devastating disease. With your support, 5% of all proceeds from A Cupcake Answer will go to cancer research. I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I enjoy creating them for you! Cupcake of the month for March

In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, March's cupcake of the month is a Bailey's Irish Cream cupcake. This specialty cupcake is a true essence of irish cream blended with cocoa for a superb flavor fusion. We then compliment this by adding a fluffy irish cream filling, finished off with a scrumptious irish cocoa buttercream icing. So lets raise a Bailey's Irish Cream cupcake and toast to St. Patrick!!
